Summer Weekends- Busy, Hot and Fun!
Friday night we got the weekend started out right by trying peanut butter and banana for the first time. Verdict- delicious! (video here: http://youtu.be/UPdmOdqJ0xo)
First thing Saturday we headed out to try out some sailing on Grandpa’s boat. First round, success!
Then, we rounded out the day at our favorite new playground at Eisenhower Park.
Today, we spent the morning and early afternoon in New Haven visiting Bubba. How lucky is Emilio to have all 4 Great Grandmas alive? And how lucky are they? Today Bubba expressed to me how happy she was to be alive to watch this amazing boy grow up. And we feel it too, it is a wonderful thing to get to watch your Grandparent fill with joy watching your child. Wonderful.
